SCHEDULING A SESSION

I am currently booking sessions for Spring sessions. Spring is always a busy time and weekends fill up very fast. Please contact me soon to get your session booked! I will always make room for newborns as they come on their own little schedules, but would love as much advance notice as possible. Remember that newborn sessions are done within the first 2 weeks.

Baby Lillian and Big Sis Ella

>> Saturday, March 21, 2009

A couple of weeks ago I got to photograph the new baby of a good friend of mine. It was really great because her mom and I hadn't seen each other in a couple of years...goodness, it doesn't seem like that could even be possible, but the last time I saw her was when we were living in Dallas before moving to San Antonio, and her first daughter was a little tiny baby. Well, sweet Ella is already 3 and is just beautiful (you'll see what I mean in a sec) and now baby Lillian is here. From the second I walked in and saw Lillian, I instantly had baby fever! She is just so precious, but even more than that, she reminds me SO much of Addyson when she was a newborn. To put it into perspective, I got a little teary when Lillian did this cute stretch when Jennifer picked her up, and she made the EXACT expression I had seen on Addyson just close to 2 years ago. It was so emotional! Every time I have looked at these images to get them ready for mom, I just see something else in her that reminds me of my precious angel. Thank you Jen for letting me photograph your two sweet, sweet girls and bringing back some great mental pictures for me from what seems like so long ago with Addyson. It was so good to see you too, Jen--we can not go that long again! Enjoy your sneak peek!
