I have been super excited to post these, as you'll see...I went a little nutzo with the editing for the blog post on this one! I just kept finding "my favorites" in every couple of pictures or so. Grace is the 'big girl' of my college roomie and Melissa is one of THE most fun girls you will ever meet! I have to admit her energy and enthusiasm drove me a little crazy in college, but I know that constantly trying to liven me up and put some craziness in my life about pushed her over the edge a time or two! Now we are all grown up and are so alike in many ways. We both were Social Workers-she still is, our little girls are both sassy and full of 'tude', and we are both really into photography! She takes a mean picture, but she has more of the drive to actually dedicate her career to helping people...You go Mel! Her daughter, Grace is full-and I mean boiling over, with spunk, sass, and adorableness, and I got to capture all this on her actual 3rd birthday! So fun! Thank you so much Melissa for letting me document this very special day! Enjoy these festive birthday pictures!

I love when children naturally laugh! What she is laughing at is our little secret, but it's funny that Mom's...and apparently photographers, will do anything for a true laugh!

I think she looks angelic and super sweet in this one...just like she is! And isn't that dress gorgeous???

We tried really hard for this one and I just really had to add it even if the focus is a little off.

I noticed something as I was proofing these images that I just HAD to point out...I know it's not the most "lady-like", but this is HILARIOUS and just too cute!
